Terms of Service

These terms set out the rules for using the website operating at: https://ks24petfood.com/.

The owner and operator of the Website is KS24 Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, Poland (ul. Cypriana Kamila Norwida 1/9, 01-104 Warszawa), NIP (tax ID): 5223319014, KRS: 0001141745, REGON: 540327964 (the "Operator").

These terms are the terms referred to in Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services. They are made available free of charge in a way that allows them to be downloaded, reproduced and saved.

Website - the website run by the Operator, presenting its offer of contract manufacturing of dog and cat food.

User - any person using the Website, in particular a representative of a business interested in working with the Operator.

Contact form - the form available on the Website that allows an enquiry to be sent to the Operator.

The Operator provides the following electronic services on the Website free of charge:

1. 3.1.1.Making available information about the Operator's business and offer.
2. 3.1.2.Enabling enquiries to be sent via the Contact form.

The agreement for the service of browsing content is concluded when the Website is entered and terminates when it is left. The agreement for the Contact form service is concluded when the enquiry is sent and terminates when a reply is given or the User opts out of further contact.

The Website is not used to conclude sales or production agreements. Any business cooperation is agreed individually and governed by a separate agreement concluded outside the Website.

To use the Website you need: a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) with JavaScript enabled and - for the Contact form - an active email address.

The Operator makes every effort to keep the Website running without interruption, but reserves the right to temporary breaks related to technical work or content updates.

The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the law, these terms and good practice.

The User may not provide unlawful content, in particular false data, send unsolicited commercial information (spam) or take actions that disrupt the operation of the Website.

Content presented on the Website, including descriptions of recipes, lead times, production models and services, is for information only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code.

Timeframes given on the Website, including the indicative time to sales launch, depend on the scope of the project and are confirmed individually in each case.

Palatability test results presented on the Website relate to the products and test conditions indicated with them. They do not guarantee specific results for other recipes or animals.

All content made available on the Website, in particular texts, photos, graphics, logos and the page layout, is protected by copyright and belongs to the Operator or entities the Operator works with.

Copying, distributing or using this content for commercial purposes without the Operator's written consent is prohibited.

Complaints about the operation of the Website can be sent to: [email protected]. The complaint should include a description of the problem and the contact details of the person submitting it.

The Operator handles complaints within 14 days of receipt and informs the sender of the outcome at the email address given in the complaint.

The rules for processing Users' personal data and information about cookies are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Website.

The Operator may change these terms for important reasons, in particular changes in the law or in the scope of services. Changes apply from the moment the new version is published on the Website.

Matters not regulated by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the provision of electronic services.
